The spirit’s main objective is to fulfill its destiny, and it needs the physical body to accomplish this goal. External changes that restore the body’s health, such as diet, exercise, and herbs, allow the spirit to assert itself anew. Additionally, the help of healing modalities such as craniosacral, reiki, and yoga allow the body to further align itself in health.

Herbal Medicine
Humans have utilized herbal remedies since the beginning of civilization. We have found evidence of herbal use since the Mesopotamians and many of our medications today, originated with herbs. In addition to craniosacral, we can address your health concerns with herbal preparations ranging from teas and compresses to salves and tinctures.

What RCSTs do not do: Treat, diagnose, or prescribe; manipulate or adjust; psychotherapy; sexual intent or contact; use mechanical devices or chemical interventions. What happens in a session: • The client is fully clothed and resting comfortably on a massage table. • The RCST establishes a safe therapeutic relationship. • RCSTs use an educated gentle non-invasive touch to listen for and support the expressions of health in the system. • RCSTs follow the natural pace of the clients system. • Session aims to support nervous system balance, resilience, and a felt sense of inner resources.

Parent and Newborn

BCST, Master Herbalist, RYT200, Reiki Master
A newborn’s nervous system is not fully developed at birth and relies on co-regulation from their caregivers to help them adapt to the new world. This period can also feel overwhelming for new parents as they learn to care for their precious baby. A parent-newborn session supports both attachment and co-regulation, offering a safe, nurturing space where the birthing parent and newborn can process their birth experience together and begin healing side by side. Babies are highly receptive to the calming presence of their parent during these sessions.
Birth is hard work for both birthing parents and babies Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is non-invasive and gentle bodywork modality that aids in resolving trauma from birth, supports the nervous system, and aids in development. Babies respond well to this healing modality. Some common issues addressed are:
Torticolis
Tongue-tie
Plagiocephaly
Bonding
Acid Reflux
Integrating Reflexes
Feeding Difficulties
Bringing a baby into the world is one of the most important milestones in a person's life. Craniosacral therapy can help the body prepare for pregnancy by regulating the nervous system and process old traumas. Continuing through pregnancy craniosacral can help prepare the birthing parent's pelvis for pregnancy, allowing more space for birth. After birth craniosacral therapy can help with re-aligning the pelvis, aid in bruised tailbone, back pain, and more. Furthermore, a balanced nervous system gives a birthing parent resiliency for the hard work of pregnancy, labor, and parenting.
